The Data Language team have been running domain modelling workshops since the BBC domain driven design projects in 2010. Domain-modelling workshops are an important way to foster and improve shared understanding of a core business concepts and relationships.

Communicate and promote your domain model across your entire business. A "domain model" is a shared map of your core business objects and processes, and how they all interrelate.

This intervention allows stakeholders of all kinds to explore the important and valuable core business data, usually using a graphical user interface (UI / GUI) of some sort.

The ability to bring new products and features to market rapidly. This capability requires the core business assets to be well structured and defined, so that the business can turn these assets to new purposes without significant expense or time lag. AKA faster time-to-market.

"Single Subject View" is where assets and information adhere to one view of subject, or classification, across the entire enterprise. No matter where information is created, modified, or consumed, there is one version and identifier approach for the subject matter involved.
