Linked Data

Linked Data is a method for connecting and publishing structured data on the web, allowing it to be interlinked and easily accessible. It relies on standard web technologies such as HTTP, RDF (Resource Description Framework), and URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) to facilitate data integration across diverse systems.

By providing a framework for sharing data with clearly defined semantics, Linked Data enables disparate datasets to be combined and queried together, supporting interoperability and reuse.

We have been working with linked data since our inception and have helped global brands with linked data strategy and implementation. It is a core discipline at Data Language. Linked data is a W3C backed pattern for publishing structured data using vocabularies like schema.org that can be connected together and interpreted by machines.
